Studio Sub-Lease Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Studio 122! Please read the following information below carefully before booking your appointment. You will receive a detailed email, shortly after booking your session, containing all of the details you need for your reservation.

  • No photographer is included in your reservation.

  • No refunds will be given.

  • Rescheduling requests received within 6 hours of your reservation is not permitted.

  • Your reservation time begins promptly at the requested start time and ends at designated ending time.

  • Reservation time must include set up and clean up. And you must exit by the end of the rental period.

  • You may change your reservation with no extra fees no less than 6 hours before your reservation time begins, by clicking the change appointment button on your initial email sent to you.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us at info@thephotospacetx.com. You will receive a credit in form of a Coupon Code to use in the future. NO refunds will be given.

  • All children must be supervised by a parent or guardians at all times.

  • If candles are being used, they must be in holders to prevent wax from touching any surfaces and floors.

  • Fireworks and sparklers are not allowed.

  • Nails, staples, tape and tacks are prohibited. However, 3M command stripes and painter's tape may be used.

  • No smoking in the studio or within 25 feet of the building entrance.

  • No illicit drugs use is permitted and The Photo Space has the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund or rescheduling.

  • Please respect our neighbors; Music must not be audible beyond the space.

  • Renters may not sublease The Photo Space to any third party.

  • Company team members and representatives may monitor all activities in the space and have the right to enforce agreement. (Surveillance is recording at all times.)

  • Explicit sexual activity and nudity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful boudoir photography is permitted but please keep in mind, The Photo Space has very large windows and is located at ground level in a shared commercial building with other tenants.

  • You are responsible for any damage to The Photo Space including spills, scratches, marks or stains on furniture, floors or painted surfaces. The space and all furnishings must be left clean and in good condition for the next creator.

  • If the space is not in the same condition when returned, renter agrees to pay a minimum cleaning fee of $100/hour, and the cost to repair and replace damaged furnishings and equipment caused by the renter and their group.

  • If you feel there is damage upon your arrival that we should be aware of, please contact us immediately at 972-904-3187.

  • Seasonal props are only available a limited of time. Please visit our location pages for the dates.
